Quality and comfort
At Cottonwood Village, our apartments offer everything you could need, including kitchenettes with a microwave and refrigerator, walk-in closets, and washers and dryers. Our private bathrooms have walk-in showers, plank flooring and grab bars for safety support.
Electric, water and Wi-Fi (excluding cable and telephone) are covered in your monthly rent, reducing the number of bills you have to manage.
Safety and convenience
Our floor plans offer easy access with wide entryways for wheelchairs. Mini blinds on all windows give you the privacy you deserve. Wall-to-wall carpet and individual climate control provide comfort for senior residents.
Every apartment is equipped with safety features, including our emergency response system, call buttons, smoke alarms and emergency pendants.
