Quality & comfort

We offer studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, each with differing amenities. Kitchens with full-sized appliances and gorgeous cabinetry can be found in all non-studio apartments, while washers and dryers are standard in the two-bedroom floor plans. Select apartments boast porches that can be screened in.

Many utilities, including basic cable and Wi-Fi but excluding telephone service, are included in the cost of your apartment.

Safety & convenience

All of our apartments feature spacious walk-in closets, two-inch mini blinds on all windows for privacy, emergency call buttons, pull cords, locked mailboxes, individual climate control, smoke alarms and sprinkler systems.

Every home is wheelchair accessible with wide entryways. Bi-weekly apartment cleaning is available with weekly bathroom cleanings and linen service.
