Laura Beza, Vice President of Human Resources

Laura Beza is the vice president of human resources at Sonida Senior Living Corp. In this role, she is responsible for leading the company’s human resource strategy in support of the broader business plan and corporate strategy.

Laura has more than 20 years of expertise in HR operations leadership. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated the ability to drive business strategy, manage organizational change and create process improvements to develop motivated, efficient and high-performing teams.

Prior to joining Sonida in 2022, Laura served as the director of HR operations at Service King and Collision, a collision repair operator with 335 locations in 24 states. There, she oversaw HR information systems (HRIS) and payroll, optimizing operations for approximately 6,400 corporate and franchise clients and 30,000 employees.

Before that, Laura spent four years as director of HR operations, HRIS and payroll at Omni Hotels, where she revamped the hospitality company’s processes to increase efficiencies and customer focus. Earlier in her career, she managed payroll operations for several multi-site organizations, optimizing processes and training and coaching staff to build positive and productive team cultures.

Laura attended Richland College in Dallas. She is a certified payroll professional.
