Reanae Clark, Vice President of Business Development and Acquisitions

Reanae Clark is the vice president of business development and acquisitions at Sonida Senior Living. In this role, she will help lead and accelerate the company’s external growth initiatives, including asset acquisitions and third-party management contracts.

Reanae has more than 15 years of experience in financial services, with an extensive background in senior housing. She also brings a unique combination of management and consulting, sell-side investment banking and buy-side investing within the senior housing sector.

Before joining Sonida in 2023, Reanae served as an associate director for ORIX Corp. USA’s Municipal and Infrastructure business. She was responsible for debt originations for the company’s senior housing municipal portfolio. She also assisted in the evaluation, review and monitoring of senior housing investments, which accounted for more than one-third of the business’s $1 billion investment and trading portfolio.

Prior to that, Reanae was an associate vice president at Chicago-based Ziegler Investment Bank’s senior living finance practice. While there, she assisted senior living borrowers in the Midwest and Southeast access nearly $1 billion in capital through municipal bonds and bank direct placements to fund new developments, expansions, refundings and restructurings.

Before that, Reanae was a manager at Greystone Communities, a senior living development and management company based in Dallas. She began her career in audit at KPMG.

Reanae earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
