I chose responsiveness, but my team is amazing with communication, accountability and empathy. I've worked with most of my team for many years, and I'm very grateful for such a wonderful team of people. None of us would be quite as good at what we do without the support we receive from each other. Together, we are an unstoppable force that can get anything done. Together, we give care to our residents that is unmatched. Together, we can conquer the world - and some days, it feels like we have. Regardless of the situation, Jessica is always responsive with a smile! As Housekeeping Supervisor, Jessica is the first to respond to radio calls for immediate assistance in a housekeeping emergency. Her positive attitude and commitment to teamwork are shared by the rest of the housekeeping team, no doubt influenced by Jessica's incredible attitude. We are so blessed to have her!

I have known Mellissa several years as we shared the same role once upon a time as EDs in different buildings for the same company. I feel very fortunate to work under her Leadership as she truly understands what you go through daily and supports you wherever and whenever you need her! Mellissa is present and listens to your needs and is never condescending. Mellissa gives of herself 100% daily and is truly a wonderful Leader for Sonida. I love that her character is never changing! I also love Mellissa's quirky love for funky socks and 1000-piece puzzles. I also love that she cannot wait for ALL to give her hugs and her Diet Mt Dew. You really are "One of The Best."
