Accounts Receivable

AR Team Dallas Support Center (DSC)

I just wanted to take a moment to say how truly grateful I am to be part of this AR team. Starting as a contractor and then transitioning into a full-time role has been such a blessing. I appreciate every step of the journey. Even though we all work from home, every day feels like I’m working alongside a real family. You all supported me through so much especially during my pregnancy and all the way through giving birth to my twins, and I will never forget that kindness. The teamwork, encouragement, and willingness to help, whether we’re online or out of office, means so much. And of course, the fun GIFs and memes shared throughout the day always make work better. I’m genuinely thankful for each one of you and for the opportunity to work with such an amazing group and with Sonida Senior Living.

Keisha moved into an Executive Director role at Southport last year and was serving as both ED and WD for the majority of that time. Keisha has steadily worked to build a great team and to bring the team together to move the Wellington at Southport forward. She has reduced turnover at the community dramatically, which shows her commitment to creating a strong team that provides excellent care. Keisha is always willing to listen and try new things to move her community to the next level. I am enjoying seeing all of the new, very positive reviews about Southport coming out!

Kelly McCue-Hansen

Executive Director Rose Arbor

Kelly was promoted to Executive Director at Rose Arbor in June - right in the beginning of correcting a 60-tag survey. She took the lead at Rose Arbor during the most challenging situation I've ever seen in assisted living and has been amazing since day 1. She has been instrumental in turning the community around, eliminating all agency staffing, clearing all 60 tags, and building a strong, caring team. I appreciate all Kelly has done over the past 6 months to rebuild a great community.

Regina is amazing. She is one of those staff members you would duplicate a MILLION TIMES if possible. She doesn't believe in "that's not my job" (thankfully) and will jump in without hesitation.
