It's a nice welcoming environment everytime i go visit my mom! From what my mom and residents tell me, staff seem to really put in their best effort taking care of their residents. Even have community events/holidays that they all do together as one big family.

I visited the Waterford at Thousand Oaks and was greeted by a friendly lady named Cindy.  She gave me a great tour of the facility & everyone that I saw seemed very happy- which is always a good sign. I was looking for a place for my friend to live at and this place impressed me. ….it is very nicely decorated - (nice “Military wall “ ) …  Cindy is the activities planner & has wonderful & fun activities for the residents…. They have a  happy hour with a DJ that plays great music & many of the residents get up & dance — this is a fun place that I would enjoy living at myself. In my experience as a caregiver, the Waterford is a very close community, they treat you like family,  all the teams are very welcoming and have a really good relationship with the residents and their needs, Dennisse is always on top of everything, Deyra knows very well each residents individual and always has her help to offer, and Alejandra as well.

I just want to personally thank Deyra Flores for taking the time to explain everything and give me a tour. We’re preparing for a loved one to transition to an independent living facility soon, and after visiting, we feel confident this is the right choice for our family.

Every visit has been a wonderful experience. The facility is always clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the food is really good! Most importantly, Deyra has made us feel comfortable and informed throughout the process.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
