After family members along with our Mom took a tour of "Woodlands of Hamilton" they were filled with excitement as they couldn't believe the cleanliness and welcoming friendly staff. Unfortunately our Mom does not qualify to stay at this facility, which breaks our hearts. Even though she will not be a resident I felt the need to do a review in regards to my phone conversation with (Cody Richmond). What a intelligent, kind, and patient soul! I am so grateful to the time he took to talk with me as well as his guidance in what I need to do going forward as this is one of the most difficult times in my families lives. Making decisions for someone that you love so much without them being able speak for themselves has been one of the most trying things I've ever had to do as a daughter. So for someone like (Cody) to take the time and have empathy for what I am going through just showed me they're still "Good people" in our world.

If you are reading this and have the means to place a loved one at their facility I can about promise you that you will be able to sleep at night knowing you have made the right choice.

We could not have picked a better place for our mother.  They have the most friendliest staff and they take good care of our mother. I would highly recommend Woodlands for anyone trying to find place for  their loved one.
