Apartments feature spacious bathrooms with walk-in showers and assist railings, kitchenettes or full kitchens with appliances, ample closet space and private mailboxes, individual climate controls with carpeted flooring and mini blinds, and safety features including emergency response systems, call buttons, smoke alarms, and sprinklers. Utilities, basic cable, and Wi-Fi are also included.
