I have lived here at the Waterford for one year. Everyone is very nice to me. The food is great the staff is so friendly. Alicia at the front desk, is a sweetheart. And Robert supervisor of maintenance, is absolutely great!!!! I'm satisfied here!!!!! Well it's been 2 years that I've been here at the Waterford on Huebner now. My grandmother loves living here. She’s been here for about 3 years now and has made so many friends and the social life she has is just really great.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with this senior living center. From day one, the staff has been incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely caring. They take the time to know each resident personally, which makes a huge difference and creates a true sense of community.
The facility is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming, with comfortable common areas and nicely kept rooms. Activities are thoughtfully planned and offer something for everyone, helping residents stay engaged, active, and socially connected. The meals are another highlight—nutritious, well-prepared, and served with care.

Thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Waterford this weekend!! My aunt has been living here for a few months and they’ve made great updates in a short time! It was great when we moved her in, and since then it’s been smooth sailing. Highly recommend!
