Stephanie has been absolutely wonderful throughout our experience at The Addison. She has treated both my parents and me like family from the very beginning. She is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and consistently goes above and beyond what is expected to make sure questions are answered and details are taken care of.

You can truly tell Stephanie loves what she does it shows in the way she cares for families during what can be such an emotional and stressful transition. She has been an incredible resource and has made us feel welcomed and supported every step of the way.

The Addison is very fortunate to have her. She is a tremendous asset to the community, and I sincerely hope the company recognizes how special she is and does everything possible to keep her there. The Addison Assisted Living & Memory Care is a wonderful community that provides a warm, welcoming, and caring environment for its residents. The staff genuinely take the time to get to know each resident and create an atmosphere where people feel valued, respected, and at home. The community offers a great balance of comfortable living, engaging activities, delicious dining, and personalized care, giving families peace of mind knowing their loved ones are in good hands. What truly stands out is the compassion and dedication of the team. They go above and beyond to create meaningful experiences and ensure residents receive the support they need while maintaining their dignity and independence. My husband lived in memory care at the Addison of Alpharetta for two years prior to his death in May 2026.  I loved the facility and my husband was very happy there.  The care givers and med techs were very attentive to his needs and did a wonderful job helping him with the tasks of daily living that he could no longer complete on his own.  They were also friendly and willing to chat with him.  The management is dedicated to making the lives of the residents fulfilling.  An activities director for memory care organizes games that the residents enjoy and brings in singers who sing the soundtracks of the years that the memory care residents remember. In addition, I often took my husband to activities in Assisted Living where he was welcomed and which he greatly enjoyed.  Just prior to his death he and I watched a magic show and a movie there.
I was originally drawn to this institution by the large size of the rooms which allowed me to bring furniture from home and make the room look like an extension to our house.  Recently the entire building was redecorated including the common rooms in memory care which are newly painted with new furniture. This contributes to the atmosphere, which is very pleasant and calming.  In the dining room the meals are very good and the menu is varied.  There are two choices for the main meal in addition to some everyday offerings.
There are many more good things I could say about life at the Addison. They provide transportation to doctor appointments, which is very helpful if your loved one cannot get into or out of the car easily.  If you ever have concerns about anything, you can bring them to management and especially to the managing director, Lauren Mueller, who always listens and works to resolve issues.  If anyone is looking for a memory care for their loved one, I would suggest touring the Addison.  I think it really is the best in Atlanta.

Our family had a wonderful experience with The Addison of Alpharetta. Both my mother and father were residents there, and I can say with complete confidence that the level of care, professionalism, and compassion shown by the staff was exceptional.

From the moment they arrived, the team made them feel welcome, respected, and truly at home. The staff consistently went above and beyond—not just meeting their needs, but building genuine relationships with them. It gave our family real peace of mind knowing they were in such capable and caring hands.

The facility itself is beautiful (recently renovated), clean, and thoughtfully maintained. There is a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes it feel more like a community than a typical assisted living residence. The activities, dining, and overall environment contributed greatly to their quality of life.

My mother has been a resident for 3 years and the Addison has been a welcome home for her. The staff is very attentive and treats residents with care and compassion daily.  Facility security is taken seriously. Given the various needs of the residents the meals are well prepared. Knowing my mother is well cared for, happy, and active puts us at ease. We toured this assisted living facility about a year and a half ago, and we knew that very day it would be a great fit for our Mom (and it was). The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff friendly and the variety of amenities made it feel like a true community rather than just a facility, e.g. hair salon, activities, movie theater. Mom made many friends and was very happy. Most importantly, the level of care gave us confidence and peace of mind. Our Mom required the highest level of care. The caregivers treated her with compassion, dignity, and genuine kindness. We are also especially grateful for the outstanding leadership of Executive Director, Lauren Mueller. If an issue cropped up, she responded in a timely manner, and resolved it right away. Her dedication is reflected in the culture of kindness and professionalism throughout the community. This culture starts with the top - down, and it shows.

Unfortunately Mom passed this year. During this difficult time we were deeply impressed with the level of attention & care from staff from all departments, from the Kitchen, Custodial, Caregivers, to the Leadership Team etc. They consistently went above and beyond, not only for Mom, but for the entire family.
