Our memory care apartments are located within small cottages, designed for safety and familiarity. Each apartment includes spacious layouts, private bathrooms, and built-in features to support comfort and ease of movement. All apartments include walk-in showers with safety railings, emergency call systems, sprinkler systems, smoke alarms, and individually controlled heating and cooling. Cable and Wi-Fi are included, and furnishings can be provided upon request.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My sisters and I toured here yesterday, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Sean was AMAZING and took so much time with us listening and answering questions..and just making us feel right at home. We loved the intimacy of the cottage communities and the cleanliness. The staff seems so incredibly sweet and there was a calmness that would be a great fit for our Mom. We will be looking into the process of gettting her a place there soon.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I visit an old friend, who is a current resident at Waterford, on random occasions. The facility is always clean, well maintained and the staff very helpful. Josh (activities coordinator) has been extremely helpful in providing transportation to and from Dr appointments for all residential clients. Angel and Dalesha, front office employees, have been very helpful with logistics: Signing in, answering questions, providing necessary paperwork for Dr. visits, walking me to resident cottages, delivering mail and care packages. Jasmine and Taylor (nurse supervisors) also very helpful with medications, coordinating/dispensing prescription medications to clients. Felicia, a Waterford staff member working with clients in one of the cottages, is always helpful and attentive to client needs. A good listener who gets things done. I'm certain there are other staff members, that I have not met, who provide exceptional care for residents. Overall favorable impression of staff and facilities every time I visit.
