Sara was very informative and answered all our questions and then gave us a tour of facilities and an apartment. Their organization is impressive as to how they meet the needs of residents so they can age in place. Will consider this place when we’re ready to make a decision.

Brought lunch for friend that lives there & ate at table in lounge. AC felt good as 91° outside. Staff are friendly. Sign-in process takes time to get badge as machine is slow.

Our father has been there a few months in an Independent Living apartment and when he suddenly needed to switch to a higher level of (Assisted) care the staff was able to get that set up within 24 hours. I was worried that my mom would complain about food like all my friends who have parents in other facilities.  I was so wrong.  I’ve eaten there and food is amazing and fresh.   Everyone cares and they even call from their own cell phones when my mom’s phone wasn’t working….. just so I wouldn’t worry about her.   So so glad she’s at the Waterford!
