Thank you for the loving care you give my mother, Beulah.  Both the nurses on duty and all of the staff were kind and caring. I’m not able to be in Ohio as much as I would like but the times I am there I am thoroughly impressed. I have not met any staff that brushed me off   Thank you for all you do!  ! ! My mother and I enjoyed both visits. Rev Jim is an excellent ambassador for The Waterford. He accommodated us in every way possible. He has a personality that makes you feel calm and feel comfortable with the place.

The amenities were numerous. I liked the enthusiasm of the staff. I really noticed the way the residents seemed to enjoy the place.

My mother’s eyes lit up during our first visit. She liked everything about the place.

Wonderful staff here I see they treat the guests and their clients very wonderfully peacefully atmosphere for your loved ones here
