We've had the greatest experience with The Waterford at Plano. The Sales Director Amanda is amazing and was so helpful from start to finish. She scheduled a tour for us on very short notice and made herself available for follow-up for months afterwards as we downsized and prepared to move. She was patient and understanding while waiting, and then when we were ready to move forward, she was very quick and efficient. We found the price for this facility to be very fair, which was a major draw. There are lots of activities in which to participate and the food is exceptional. The apartments and building are also quite nice and there are a variety of floor plans. The front desk staff are very helpful and pleasant. The staff at Waterford at Plano are absolutely the friendliest and most professional staff of care givers I have ever experienced . It has been such a relief to know my dad is in a safe loving environment, and his health and mobility have been improving daily. Our family is so grateful for finding this exceptional assisted living facility.

My Grandma lives here. When I go visit her, she is always playing BINGO or some kind of game with the other ladies. The food is very good compared to the last place she lived. I know my grandma is happy here.
