She gave us lots of information and made sure somebody escorted us to our mom’s room. The property is very nice and every employee seems wonderful, and the residents also seem happy to be there.

The establishment is clean and comfortable, with plenty of activities for the residents. And I have to give a special shoutout to Kourtney. She’s one of those people who makes you feel welcome right away. She’s friendly, full of energy, and easy to talk to, but also really knowledgeable and helpful. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and that makes such a difference when you walk through the doors. Kourtney is a great reflection of what The Waterford on Cooper is all about—creating a welcoming, caring environment where residents and their families feel valued. It is hard to know from a tour how the staff will take care of your loved one. If Stockton Berrymore, Sales Director is an indication, she will be treat with the most excellent care and consideration. Stockton went above and beyond to help me.
