Our community offers a variety of spacious studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments thoughtfully designed with safety and comfort in mind. Apartments feature granite countertops, walk-in closets, ceiling fans, and carpeted flooring. Residents enjoy private patios or outdoor spaces, as well as all utilities, cable, Wi-Fi, and individual climate controls included in monthly rent. Safety features include wheelchair-accessible bathrooms, walk-in showers, safety railings, emergency call systems, smoke alarms, and sprinklers.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a professional experience with Waterfloo, front desk staff was professional and helped me with my sign in and out. The director was there to make sure everything with my first visit being there was great. The young man at the front desk was really nice .
