Exceptional support and warm service from day one
Moving a parent into a new community is a huge transition, but the team at The Wellington has made the entire process seamless long before my dad has even unpacked his first box.
From the very beginning, the level of service has been outstanding:
Warm Welcome: The administrator personally welcoming me the moment I walked in the door to drop off some of my dad's belongings before his move.
Weekend Service: When I dropped in for an unannounced visit to see the facility the weekend receptionist was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful as was Betsy.
Prompt Communication: Beth has been fantastic at answering all of our questions promptly, keeping us informed and reassured every step of the way.
Seeing how attentive, organized, and genuinely caring the entire staff is before move-in day gives our family absolute peace of mind about the care my dad will receive once he’s settled. We couldn't have asked for a better experience starting out!

Dad loved The Wellington.  Everything is well thought out. The rooms are beautiful and cozy. We got a kick out of the mini movie theater. The staff are the most important. They were organized, thoughtful, and so patient with all of our questions. The atmosphere is warm and inviting,  with furniture in the style that our elder parents lived in. This place is a treasure! I have my own apartment completely renovated with new appliances and a washer and dryer. It is my new home. I am now a part of a wonderful community. The staff knows every resident here and contributes to our daily lives. I have found comfort here. I feel safe here.  I know that I can go to the consiege if I have an issue and they are here 24/7.  The food is wonderful and varied! The dining staff are very personable. The maintenance staff has been there to help in any situation. I am truly grateful and thankful that this is my home. It is a decent independent living facility for my mother-in-law. She is very happy there. The food though is mediocre at best, though she is happy with it, but then again she was never much of a cook herself.
