The building sits alongside Carpenter Creek with both of the large back decks overlooking the creek, offering an abundance of wildlife for those who love to watch nature.

Activities to keep seniors engaged
Residents can stay engaged with a resident council and a food forum. The resident council meets monthly to discuss life at The Waterford at Carpenter’s Creek, including things that are working and things that are not working for residents. The community receives many suggestions on new things to try. The director said, “our residents always have a voice in the daily activities of Carpenter’s Creek. It is their home after all!”
The food forum meets monthly and is food-specific. Residents meet with the Dietary Director to discuss the menus, making suggestions for changes and requesting items that may not be on the current menu.
