Angie Noel is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Sonida Senior Living. In this role, she is responsible for leading the company’s human capital strategy, including workforce planning, talent development, culture, and HR operations, in support of business performance and growth.
Angie has more than 20 years of experience aligning people strategy with organizational objectives in complex, high-growth healthcare organizations. She has a proven track record of building scalable HR functions, driving culture transformation, and partnering with executive leadership to support operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Prior to joining Sonida Senior Living, Angie served as Chief Human Resources Officer for multiple multi-state healthcare organizations, including physician-led and PE-backed platforms experiencing rapid expansion and M&A activity. In these roles, she designed and scaled HR and payroll infrastructures, led post-merger integrations, and implemented workforce and benefits strategies that delivered measurable cost savings and improved employee experience.
Earlier in her career, Angie held senior HR leadership roles within large acute care health systems, where she provided strategic and operational HR leadership through periods of growth, reorganization, and crisis response. She is also the author of Leadership: Love It or Leave It.
Angie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and has completed graduate-level training in professional and executive coaching.
