Erik has more than 20 years of experience combining financial and operational stewardship in a career that has included leadership roles in both private equity-backed healthcare and management consulting.
Prior to joining Sonida, Erik was most recently the CFO of Caregiver, a provider of Intellectual & Developmental Disability Services across 5 states. Prior to that, Erik spent six years with U.S. Anesthesia Partners (USAP) where he was CFO of USAP’s best-in-class RCM Division before transitioning to the practice CFO for the newly acquired Tennessee and Indiana practices. Erik also spent 5 years with Golden Living where he oversaw operational finance and led the updating of Golden Living’s financial systems and processes. Erik began his career with Deloitte Consulting where he was consistently recognized as a top performer in the Strategy & Operations Practice.
Erik received his MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas. He also earned a BBA in Finance and BA in Economics from Southern Methodist University.
