Lance Kobza is the Chief Digital Officer of Sonida Senior Living, where he leads the company’s digital strategy and oversees all business applications. He is responsible for optimizing systems, safeguarding data, and ensuring seamless integration across platforms. Lance also partners closely with Sonida’s analytics and training teams to support standardized processes across both existing and newly onboarded communities.
With more than 20 years of experience as a technology executive, Lance has led digital transformations for organizations such as Goldman Sachs, Aimbridge Hospitality, Omni Hotels & Resorts, and USAA. Earlier in his career, he served as a consulting manager with Hitachi Consulting before moving into industry leadership roles.
Throughout his career, Lance has been recognized for delivering innovative IT strategies that drive growth and align with business goals. His leadership reflects a commitment to building strong partnerships, enabling teams, and using technology to support operational excellence and enhance the experience of residents and families.
Lance holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University.
